Design & Build have an exciting opportunity with leading remedial and residential contractor, renowned for their commitment to quality and excellence.

In response to growing demand, they have recently expanded their Remedial division which has already successfully delivered multiple projects. As a result of their ongoing growth and pipeline of works, there's an opportunity for a Project Manager to lead and drive the growth of this division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cladding, waterproofing, concrete remediation (spalling repair), structural rectification works from concept to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Estimate project costs and prepare comprehensive bids.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive the growth of the fire upgrade division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and timely.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years management experience in remedial residential projects. 
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards related to remedial projects (Structural and Cladding rectifications).
  • Strong network in the VIC construction and insurance space.
  • Demonstrated ability to estimate project costs and prepare bids.
  • Experience working with remedial builders, certifiers, and strata managers.
