As a Construction Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction team by coordinating and managing all administrative tasks related to the building process. You will ensure the smooth flow of documentation, schedules, and communication across multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and submission of construction documentation, contracts, and permits.
- Manage construction schedules, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Coordinate communication between site supervisors, Managers and tradespeople.
- Process invoices, variations, and progress claims.
- Maintain accurate records of project timelines and documentation.
- Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Previous experience in a construction administration or project coordination role.
- Knowledge and understanding of DA's and approvals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
