Are you an experienced Estimator with a passion for custom residential construction? We’re working with a well-established builder in Brisbane who is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Estimator to join their growing team.

About the Role
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for custom home builds
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and client briefs
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing
- Work closely with the design, construction, and sales teams
- Ensure all estimates are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time
- 2+ years estimating experience in residential or custom home construction
- Strong knowledge of building practices, materials, and local regulations
- Proficiency in estimating software (Databuild, Buildxact, or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Immediate start available
