This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into the residential building industry, or for anyone with prior sales experience (retail, automotive, phone sales etc.) looking for a career change.

• Meeting clients at the display homes and guiding them through the sales process
• Learning about custom home designs and tailoring options to client needs
• Building rapport and maintaining strong communication with leads and buyers
• Working closely with internal teams to support clients from sale to handover

• Strong people skills and a passion for helping others
• A genuine interest in property, design, or new home building
• Prior experience in sales (retail, automotive, call centre, real estate etc.) is highly regarded but not essential
• Self-motivated, confident, reliable, and eager to learn
• Available to work weekends (with weekdays off)
