The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of their role, develop their skills and broaden their experience.
You’ll have a varied and manageable workload, gaining exposure across estimating, scheduling and project coordination. You’ll work closely with trades, suppliers, consultants and clients to keep projects on track and deliver great outcomes. What’s most important is your proactiveness, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering quality work.
About You
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and motivated construction professional.
- 2–5+ years experience working for a residential builder or returning to industry
- Experience across single and double-storey, and development projects
- Experience in estimating and or scheduling
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine, supportive and collaborative approach to teamwork
- A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership and solve problems
- Genuine, supportive and collaborative team environment
- High level of autonomy and responsibility - trusted to do the work
