About the Role
A long-established construction team is expanding and is committed to investing in its people, providing career growth opportunities, and ensuring workloads remain balanced and manageable.
- Managing up to 17 single and double-storey builds
- Coordinate trades, materials and subcontractors
- Manage multiple sites and construction schedules
- Ensure quality, safety and timely project delivery
- Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams
- Maintain accurate site documentation and systems
- Resolve on-site issues and keep projects on track
- Golden Bay to Singleton and surrounds
- Up to 17 Homes
- Burns beach to Butler and surrounds
- Up to 17 Homes
- 1+ years experience as a Site Supervisor working for a Project or Custom Home builder
- Open to early-career professionals and strong trade background looking to progress their career
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
