Opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor
to join a large construction contractor and support ongoing major projects.
This is an initial 3 month temporary contract, perfect if you are in between roles and looking for something to see you through until the end of the year.
In return you will have the chance to work on one of WA's most iconic construction projects under delivery and for a leading tier 1 business.
Responsibilities of the Recruitment Adviso
r include:
- End to end recruitment for technical white collar positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requires and implement recruitment strategies.
- Identify, engage, vet and onboard a diverse range on personnel.
- Take part in interviews and provide HR support.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new employees.
- 3+ years recruitment experience - internal or agency.
- Ideally experienced working on construction related positions (open to those in Construction, Infrastructure, Mining, Energy, O&G etc)
- Working experience with ATS and other sourcing platforms (SEEK, Linkedin etc)
- Strong organisation skills and used to be managing multiple roles at one time with different stakeholders.
