We’re partnering with an industry leader in infrastructure and building, to recruit a highly skilled Resourcing Manager to oversee and drive recruitment strategies across large-scale projects and business units.
The Role
As the Resourcing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of workforce strategy – leading and mentoring a team of Resourcing Advisors while embedding innovative talent frameworks that shape the future of the business. You’ll act as the escalation point for critical and complex recruitment needs, ensure alignment with business objectives, and bring insight from the external market to inform decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Resourcing Advisors to deliver best-in-class recruitment outcomes.
- Drive talent strategies, frameworks, and initiatives aligned to broader people and business goals.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to balance resourcing demand across projects and business units.
- Monitor and improve recruitment processes, ensuring they are inclusive and aligned to capability frameworks.
- Utilise external market insights and competitor analysis to inform resourcing decisions.
- Build strong internal and external relationships, influencing business leaders and engaging top industry talent.
- Support mobilisation/demobilisation strategies across regions and projects.
We’re seeking a dynamic and influential leader who can balance strategy with hands-on delivery. You will ideally bring:
- Degree qualifications in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management within large, complex businesses – construction or heavy industry highly regarded.
- Strong track record of delivering strategic talent solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership and influencing skills.
- A passion for inclusive recruitment practices and developing high-performing teams.
