This senior leadership role carries full accountability for operational performance, profitability, and team outcomes across the region.
The Role You will lead internal restoration technicians and contractor partners to deliver high-quality work from start to finish. This role has a strong commercial focus, with responsibility for revenue growth, margin performance, quoting accuracy and job delivery excellence. You’ll also maintain strong relationships with insurers, loss adjusters and other key stakeholders to ensure exceptional service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the NSW/ACT restoration team
- Drive revenue, margin and cashflow performance
- Oversee quoting activity and job cost management
- Ensure jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Maintain strong external stakeholder relationships
- Promote WHS compliance and a proactive safety culture
- Support, mentor and develop team members
- Proven leadership experience in restoration or insurance-related services
- Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- Relevant industry experience and accreditation highly regarded
