Design & Build Recruitment have partnered with a vibrant, up-and-coming architectural and engineering consultancy who provides a fully integrated architectural service from start to finish. They design and document anything from Retail, Leisure and Industrial projects
The Role:
- Conceptual design through the schematic design, design development, and construction documentation stages.
- Experience in managing, coordinating and motivating a design team.
- Clear communication skills, in order to effectively manage relationships and correspondence between clients and contractors.
- Self-motivation and excellent time-management skills.
- Experience with service and structural coordination.
- Experience with delivering construction services and dealing with on-site/construction related issues.
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Building Design or similar.
- 5+ years' experience with Architecture, Documentation or similar.
- Must have strong proficiency with Revit
- Experience on commercial projects is preferred
- Proactive, self-starter, who can work autonomously
- Must be familiar with Australian codes and standards
