Are you a skilled Revit Documenter looking for your next contract role in a fast-paced, design-led environment? We're recruiting for a dynamic Design & Construction company that specialises in commercial workplace fit-outs, and we're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team on a 3-5-month contract, starting ASAP.
As a Revit Documenter, you'll play a critical role in supporting our client's design and delivery teams by producing high-quality documentation for a range of commercial workplace projects. You’ll work closely with our in-house designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure our projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and detailed Revit documentation for commercial workplace fit-out projects.
- Coordinate and update documentation in line with design changes and project timelines.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure constructability and compliance with building codes and standards.
- Manage drawing packages from concept through to construction documentation.
- Support any ad hoc drafting needs across multiple projects.
- Proven experience in Revit (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Prior experience in commercial workplace or fit-out projects highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and documentation standards.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines in a fast-moving project environment.
- A team player with good communication and coordination skills.
