We’re currently working with a well-established Melbourne builder who is looking to add an experienced Revit Documenter / Draftsperson to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the construction process and wants to work on high-quality multi-residential projects from a builder-side environment.
The role:
- Produce detailed construction documentation using Revit
- Work across apartment and multi-residential projects
- Develop plans, elevations, details and documentation packages
- Coordinate documentation with project, design and construction teams
- Assist with design development and resolving documentation issues
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and construction-ready
- Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams
- 5+ years' experience in architectural documentation / drafting
- Strong Revit capability is essential
- Experience with apartments, multi-residential or large-scale residential projects
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams
- Construction-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
- Permanent position with an established Melbourne builder
- Work on substantial multi-residential developments
- 4 days in the office / 1 day WFH
