Revit Drafter - Residential Construction Company

With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for design efficiency and construction excellence, they're looking to expand their drafting team with a skilled Revit Drafter who shares a passion for smart, functional residential design.

The Role:

As a Revit Drafter, you will play a key role in producing accurate and detailed documentation for single and double-storey project homes. Working closely with the design, estimating, and construction teams, you will ensure all drawings are compliant with relevant codes and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and amend architectural documentation using Revit for project home designs.
• Create working drawings, site plans, floor plans, elevations, and details.
• Interpret and apply council requirements, Australian Standards, and NCC/BCA codes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure drawings are accurate and construction-ready.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and drawing registers.

• Revit work experience 
• Solid understanding of local building codes, standards, and construction methods.
• High attention to detail with excellent time management and communication skills.
• Relevant qualification in drafting, architecture, or building design.
• Ability to work full-time in an office from Monday to Friday
