We are looking for an experienced and driven Roofing Supervisor to oversee single-storey residential projects in the Metropolitan Melbourne region, working closely with installers, ensuring quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional service.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings deep industry knowledge, strong relationships, and the confidence to lead operations on site. Importantly, this position has genuine long-term growth, with the intention for the successful candidate to progress and lead the operations of the entire division as it matures.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the roofing industry
- Strong industry knowledge and established relationships with builders and suppliers
- Energy, motivation, and the drive to support the success of a growing team
- Confidence working closely with installers and managing outcomes on site
- 5 years’ supervisory experience essential
- Operational experience is highly regarded
- A strong network of subcontractors across all regions of metro Melbourne
