Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Roofing Supervisor to manage a small across residential builds NOR.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong background in Residential roofing
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:
- Supervise and manage teams on site
- Allocate materials/trades to jobsites
- Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
- Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
- Maintain and updating company systems
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
A salary ranging up to $120k + Super + Package (depending on your experience)
