I’m currently working with a Tier 2 leading commercial construction company that is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their Brisbane team in a roving role across multiple high-profile sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support site safety compliance
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Assist in the development and implementation of WHS systems and procedures
- Provide coaching and training to project teams and subcontractors
- Report to the WHS Manager and collaborate with site managers and supervisors
- Work on some of Australia’s most ambitious and innovative construction projects
- Additional paid leave for every year of service (up to 5 extra days annually)

- Well established and implemented safety processes and procedures
- Cert IV in WHS (minimum), Diploma preferred
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of QLD WHS legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between project sites across Brisbane
