Our client, an award-winning construction company, is seeking passionate and proactive Safety Advisors to support projects across both the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Responsibilities
- Ensure site activities comply with all relevant WHS/OHS legislation, standards, and internal policies.
- Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
- Maintain accurate safety records, including incident logs, training registers, and audit results.
- Foster a proactive safety culture by engaging with teams and promoting safe work practices.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HSE role within commercial construction
- Well-rounded HSE expertise specific to the commercial construction sector
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (at a minimum)
- Experience on large-scale, high-value commercial projects
