I am currently working with a reputable Tier 2 construction company on the Gold Coast that is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their team.

The Role
- Lead incident management and support thorough investigations
- Play a key role in guiding and supporting subcontractors, helping to embed a strong safety culture on-site while maintaining long-term partnerships
- Conduct regular internal site audits to ensure ongoing compliance
- Run toolbox talks and deliver safety training sessions to workers and subcontractors
- Complete proactive site walks and inspections to identify and address risks
- Establish and update detailed risk registers across both current and future projects
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HSE role within commercial construction
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS
- Previous experience on high-rise residential projects and with Tier 2 construction companies
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to site safety
