About You
- 3+ years' experience in a HSE role within the construction industry
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS
- Proven experience on commercial and/or industrial sites
- Strong communicator with a practical, proactive approach to safety
- Confident working with systems like 1Breadcrumb, Hammertech, or similar
- Attractive salary package – up to $200k total package (depending on experience)
- Long-term projects across the Brisbane region
- Supportive leadership and well-established WHS systems
- A stable, respected Tier 2 builder with a national footprint
