The Opportunity:
You will be the sole HSE representative on a major project valued at up to $150 million, comprising a mix of apartments and townhouses in the inner city of Brisbane This is a hands-on role where your proactive approach and attention to both site safety and compliance will be highly valued.
What I am Looking For:
I am seeking someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves — a practical safety professional who can build strong relationships on site while ensuring robust safety processes are in place and followed.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HSE role within the construction industry
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (essential)
- Proven track record working on mid-to-large scale commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong skills across HSE systems and safety administration
- Confident communicator who can engage site teams and drive a positive safety culture
- Experience using platforms such as 1Breadcrumb, Hammertech, or similar
- Attractive salary package – up to $200k + super (depending on experience)
