You will be based in Brisbane in a roving Safety Advisor role, supporting two residential projects across the inner suburbs. This position suits someone experienced in managing multiple sites and confident in planning their workload efficiently and independently.
About You
- Proven experience in a dedicated Health & Safety role within commercial construction
- Background in high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use projects (highly regarded)
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS – essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence teams at all levels
- Experience using safety management systems such as Hammertech, 1Breadcrumb, or similar
- Collaborative, proactive, and genuinely passionate about driving safety excellence
- Attractive salary package — up to $180K(depending on experience)
