About You
- Proven experience in a dedicated Health & Safety / WHS role within commercial construction
- Exposure to commercial projects, with high-rise experience highly regarded
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (minimum)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with site teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience using safety platforms such as HammerTech, 1Breadcrumb, or similar
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and confidence working independently across live sites
- Salary package up to $185k, dependent on experience
