This is a sole, site-based Safety Advisor role, where you will be responsible for overseeing the project from commencement through to completion. Upon completion, you will transition onto another project within Brisbane, providing continuity and long-term project exposure.
About You
- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction (high-rise experience highly regarded)
- Confident working autonomously as the sole safety representative on site
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage site teams
- Comfortable working within established safety systems while driving continuous improvement
- Salary package up to $210k, dependent on experience
