You will be the sole Safety Advisor on site, taking ownership of WHS across the project and working closely with site leadership to maintain best-practice safety standards.

- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
- Confident working autonomously as the sole safety representative on site
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage site teams
- Comfortable working within established safety systems while driving continuous improvement
- Salary package up to $190k, dependent on experience
