The Role
- Sole site-based Safety Advisor on a $100M+ luxury high-rise project
- Project located in Brisbane’s inner suburbs
- Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior leaders
- Contribute to a builder with a strong pipeline of upcoming luxury developments
- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
- High-rise project experience is essential
- Confident working autonomously as the sole site safety representative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage
- Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working within established systems while driving improvements
- Salary package up to $210K(dependent on experience)
