With a strong and growing pipeline, they’re now looking to bring on a Safety Advisor to take ownership of a flagship circa $150M apartment tower on the Gold Coast.
The Opportunity This isn’t a “sit in the office” safety role — you’ll be the go-to person on site, driving outcomes and influencing culture day-to-day.
- Lead safety on a landmark $150M high-rise residential project
- Step into a sole Safety Advisor role, owning the function end-to-end
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership
- Be supported by an experienced Safety Manager, without being micromanaged
- Play a key role in delivering a high-quality, design-driven build
- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor in commercial construction
- High-rise / vertical build experience strongly preferred
- Someone who thrives being on-site and in the detail
- Confident communicator who can influence, not just enforce
- A practical, solutions-focused operator who adds value to delivery teams
- Up to $190k package (depending on experience)
