The Role
- Lead safety on a premium high-rise apartment project
- Act as the sole site-based Safety Advisor
- Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to drive compliance and best practice
- Partner with project leadership to support successful project delivery
- Join a builder with a strong and consistent pipeline of work
- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
- Strong high-rise / apartment project experience
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of site safety
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels
- Practical, solutions-focused approach with a strong on-site presence
- Salary package up to $210k (depending on experience)
