Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety compliance checks.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to maintain high safety standards.
- Review and implement SWMS, risk assessments and safety management plans.
- Monitor high-risk construction activities and provide practical, hands-on safety guidance.
- Assist with incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams.
- Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction.
- Direct experience delivering high-rise residential projects is desirable
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, construction safety systems and risk management.
- Confident engaging with site teams and subcontractors.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to site safety.
- Package up to $190k
