This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for overseeing safety across multiple active projects while mentoring and supporting a team of Safety Advisors.
The Role
- Oversee HSEQ across multiple active sites in Brisbane
- Manage and mentor safety team
- Roaming role providing support, guidance, and leadership across projects
- Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership
- Play a key role in maintaining and improving safety systems and culture
- Proven experience as a Senior Safety Advisor or Safety Manager within commercial construction
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring safety professionals
- Confident working across multiple sites and engaging with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach
- Experience within high-rise or large-scale projects highly regarded
- Salary package up to $230k (dependent on experience)
