This is a hybrid position, working between Head Office and active residential construction sites, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on support to site teams.
The Role
- Lead and drive the company’s HSE strategy across residential projects
- Support, mentor and influence site-based teams
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and internal systems
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across safety processes
- Partner closely with senior leadership to promote a strong safety culture
- Proven experience in a Safety Advisor or HSE role within residential construction
- Previous experience in a Safety Manager position (highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Confident working within established systems while driving improvements
- Salary package up to $170k + super + vehicle (dependent on experience)
