Responsibilities:
- Managing customer enquiries and maintaining regular client communication.
- Qualifying and nurturing leads through HubSpot CRM.
- Preparing client documentation and coordinating DocuSign workflows.
- Ordering surveys, planning certificates and other pre-construction reports.
- Providing administration support to keep projects progressing.
- Coordinating documentation and handovers into the pre-construction team.
- Assisting with display home presentation and customer enquiries when required.
- Must be available to work weekends - 4:1 WFH split
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or Customer Service in a residential construction background
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot highly regarded).
- Residential construction or project home experience will be highly regarded.
- Up to $65k + Super + Commission
- Full time, 9am - 5pm, 4 days in display homes, 1 day WFH
