About the Role

OR- perhaps you love stunning, newly built, modern project homes and want to immerse your in this environment to help excited customers build their dreams.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside the Home Sales Consultants, you will kick-start your sales career learning from experienced sales guns. The project home builder you will represent has a long-standing household name in the NSW housing market and is consistently known for their brand and quality builds, meaning you can truly work on selling a brand you can trust.
We have roles available in display centres in South-West Sydney.
In this role working across;
- Meet & greet of all customers to enter the display home centres & home centre maintenance
- Qualifying all clients and leads
- CRM database management
- Booking meetings for Home Consultants
- Market research
- Reporting on trends and providing feedback to Manager & Sales Consultants surrounding customer visits and feedback
- Understanding of marketing material
About You
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment. You will also possess;
- 1-2 years professional experience within a sales role & environment
- Experience within residential construction is a MUST
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Available to work on weekends & public holidays ( you will work a 5 day roster with your days off being weekdays)
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of $60 - 65K+superannuation.
