We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable custom home builder based on the Gold Coast, seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee and inspire their team of Sales Consultants.

The Opportunity
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the sales team, refining sales strategies, and ensuring strong conversion rates across both custom and pre-designed builds. This is a key leadership role with plenty of scope to make your mark and influence business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and support a team of 6 Sales Consultants
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Monitor performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to align sales objectives
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in residential building sales (custom building experience highly regarded)
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong understanding of the Queensland housing market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results
