As the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the Sales Team, refining sales strategies, and ensuring strong conversion rates across builds. This is a key leadership role with plenty of scope to make your mark and influence business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and support a team of Sales Consultants
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Monitor performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to align sales objectives
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Please note this role requires one Saturday worked monthly and will offer time in lieu
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in residential building sales (volume building)
- You can lead people, not just sell! Experience in leading a team of at least 2 is required for this position
- Strong understanding of the VIC housing market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Strategic mindset - this is a role where you'll build and execute a sales plan
- Salary up to $150,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
