An award winning, well-known and established builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join their team in the Illawarra / South Coast region. You will work with existing Consultants and work to build the team further.
- Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
- Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements
- Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
- Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry
- Managing and developing a high performing team
About You
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess;
- A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST
- Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
- Sound knowledge of KDR
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
- Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
- Ability to build great relationships
- Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
- Ability to work weekends
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary, car, as well as being rewarded with a generous commission structure.
