An established custom residential builder is looking for an experienced Scheduler / Estimator to join their team and manage high quality projects from start to finish.
The focus is on well planned, high quality projects rather than high volume work, giving you the chance to take ownership of your role and contribute to smooth, successful builds.
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare estimates and budgets for residential construction projects
- Schedule trades, suppliers, and materials to ensure projects run efficiently
- Coordinate timelines with the construction team and management
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records using construction software
- Communicate clearly with team members to keep builds on track
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential estimating and/or scheduling
- Understanding of the residential construction process, ideally within custom or project homes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
