A well-established residential builder is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join the team. Known for delivering quality homes across Perth, the company values teamwork, attention to detail, and a supportive workplace culture where staff can continue to develop and grow.

This position offers a diverse workload across single and double-storey homes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the scheduling process, working closely with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
  • Preparing accurate quantity take-offs
  • Raising supplier and subcontractor purchase orders
  • Managing and processing construction variations
  • Coordinating with internal departments to maintain workflow
  • Liaising with external consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
About You:
  • Previous scheduling experience in double-storey residential construction (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of WA residential construction practices
  • High attention to detail with accurate take-off skills
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and ownership of assigned projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (experience with BEAMS highly regarded)
