I am looking for a motivated, detail-focused Scheduler to step in as the team grows. You’ll be the go-to person keeping timelines on track from contract signing to handover, making sure every home is delivered smoothly and on schedule.
You’ll collaborate with supervisors, estimators, and suppliers, helping projects run like clockwork from start to finish
The Role:
- Create and maintain detailed build schedules
- Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
- Oversee timelines across multiple homes at various stages
- Update schedules to reflect delays, changes, or variations
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders throughout the process
- Experience in a residential construction scheduling role
- Strong understanding of the home building process
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Up to $95k plus super, based on experience
- Flexible start and finish times to suit your lifestyle
- Option to work from home 1 day a week
