About the Role
- Preparing accurate quantity take-offs
- Creating Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Producing and managing purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers and maintaining strong relationships
- Maintaining and updating the price book
- Supporting weekly/monthly reporting requirements
- Working closely with Site Supervisors and internal teams
- Previous experience as a Scheduler within WA residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret working drawings (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Competent in Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines under pressure
- Up to $95k + Super
