We’re seeking a motivated and detail focused Scheduler to play a key role in the team. From the time contracts are signed through to handover, you’ll manage timelines to ensure each home is delivered efficiently and on schedule. You’ll work closely with supervisors, estimators, and suppliers to help projects run smoothly from start to finish.
The Role:
- Create and maintain detailed build schedules
- Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
- Oversee timelines across multiple homes at various stages
- Update schedules to reflect delays, changes, or variations
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders throughout the process
- Experience in a residential construction scheduling role
- Strong understanding of the home building process
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Up to $85k plus super, based on experience
- Flexible start and finish times to suit your lifestyle
- Option to work from home as needed
