What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing accurate estimates, take‑offs, and schedules
- Working closely with drafting and construction teams
- Ensuring all documentation is clean, consistent, and build‑ready
- Liaising with suppliers and trades to confirm pricing
- Supporting continuous improvement across estimating processes
- Residential estimating and scheduling experience in WA
- Strong systems knowledge and software proficiency
- A detail‑driven mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, team‑focused environment
- Up to $95K + Super
