This role suits someone with deep WA residential construction knowledge who can provide guidance, coaching and technical support to a busy scheduling team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of four schedulers
- Overseeing all pre‑construction scheduling, variations, amendments and workflow management
- Ensuring accuracy of BOQs, materials, overlays and construction documentation
- Working closely with estimating, drafting and construction teams to resolve issues and maintain schedule integrity
- Managing workload distribution, performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Reviewing and refining scheduling processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Providing technical support on WA building methods, sequencing and product knowledge
- Reporting to senior management on team performance and scheduling accuracy
- Strong WA residential construction experience (essential)
- Proven background in scheduling, estimating or pre‑construction coordination
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a team‑lead role
- Excellent understanding of WA building codes, sequencing and materials
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Confident communicator with a supportive, solutions‑focused approach
- Salary up to $135k + super
