Join a well established construction services business as their new Scheduling & Estimating Manager. This role is ideal for a systems focused professional who enjoys streamlining workflows, driving efficiency, and implementing robust processes that support business growth.

The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will oversee scheduling and estimating functions, ensuring projects are accurately costed and resourced. Using AroFlo software, you will take ownership of optimising how the business operates by introducing best practice procedures, improving system utilisation, and embedding structure across the team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end to end scheduling and estimating across multiple projects
• Enhance and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Lead system improvements and ensure best use of AroFlo
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to align workflows
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership

About You
• Proven experience in scheduling and or estimating in construction or trades
• Strong knowledge of AroFlo(or similar project management job systems)
• A systems minded thinker who thrives on process improvement
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to influence and embed change across teams
