This is a key position within the studio, suited to someone who is confident leading projects from concept through to delivery, while remaining hands-on across design, Revit documentation, client management, and visual presentation work.
The practice is particularly seeking someone with a strong background in Australia's hospitality sector, so previous experience delivering hospitality-focused projects will be highly regarded.
The Role
You will play a lead role across multiple projects, managing both the creative and delivery aspects of delivery while working closely with clients, consultants, and working within Revit
Responsibilities include:
- Leading projects from concept design through to construction documentation
- Producing high-quality design presentations and 3D visualisations within Revit
- Managing and coordinating Revit documentation packages
- Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Mentoring and supporting junior/intermediate team members
- Coordinating project delivery, timelines, and consultant teams
- Registered Architect or highly experienced Senior Architect
- Strong local Melbourne project experience
- Advanced Revit capability including documentation and 3D rendering/visualisation
- Previous experience across hospitality. Workplace, commercial and/or high-end residential projects also encouraged
- Strong design sensibility alongside technical delivery capability
- Confident client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead projects autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and local regulations
