My client is a well-established South Australian commercial law firm supporting businesses across corporate, transactional and dispute matters. You'll be working across a broad portfolio of predominantly infrastructure projects with some renewables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing the transaction process from initial talks to closing.
- Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive legal reviews of target companies, identifying risks and red flags.
- Specializing within M&A legal frameworks. Prepare and negotiate key documents: Merger Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Disclosure Schedules, and Employment Contracts.
- Provide strategic advice on corporate, contract, tax, securities, and regulatory laws.
- Work with business teams to plan post-closing integration, addressing gaps and risks.
- Negotiate key commercial, legal and risk-allocation terms of a transaction -price, structure, protections, obligations and timelines.
- Fast-paced, high-stakes environment with high earning potential.
