An established engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join its growing Dubbo team.
This is a hands-on senior role combining civil design, project management, client relationships and team leadership, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects from feasibility through to delivery.

The Role
- Lead civil projects from feasibility through to delivery.
- Undertake and review civil design.
- Manage programs, budgets, clients and consultants.
- Mentor engineers and designers.
- Contribute to proposals and business development.
- Work across urban development and road infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years' civil design/project management experience.
- Consulting engineering background.
- Strong 12d Model, Watercom Drains and AutoCAD skills.
- Experience with urban development and road infrastructure.
- Confident managing clients, projects and people.
- Practical, leadership-focused approach.
