The Opportunity:
In this newly established position, you will serve as a vital connection between the company’s clients, the construction team, and drive and implement improvements within the customer service experience across the business, from project initiation through to final handover.
- Update key clients on the construction progress of their build
- Providing support to other client liaisons within the team as needed
- Collaborate closely with the internal teams, including sales, design, and construction
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer service experience within the business
- Implement new processes and innovative ideas to enhance the customer service experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Client Liaison Officer or Administration Manager working for a Residential Builder
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Genuine approach with the ability to lead others
