We're partnering with one of Victoria's most respected commercial builders to appoint an experienced Senior Contract Administrator for a landmark Build to Rent project. You'll initially take a lead commercial role on a major Build to Rent development, managing the commercial delivery while mentoring Contract Administrators and Project Coordinators across the project. On completion, you'll transition into one of the company's signature architecturally designed apartment developments, ensuring long term exposure to the premium projects that have built the business's outstanding reputation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys leadership just as much as commercial delivery. You'll be expected to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders while developing the next generation of commercial professionals within the business.

- Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator with a recognised Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor
- A strong track record delivering large scale Build to Rent or multi residential projects
- Experience on projects valued at $60M+
- Outstanding commercial acumen across procurement, subcontract management, cost control and contract administration
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Previous experience mentoring and leading Contract Administrators and Project Coordinators within a project environment
