This company have an up coming $30m new build project and they're looking for a Senior Contract Administrator, with high new build project experience, to their team and help support this project. Leading to Junior Project Management opportunity in the future. 

Roles and Responsibilities of the  Senior  Contracts Administrator  will include:

  • Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation.
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations.
  • Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts.
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim.
  • Communicating regularly with project stakeholders (verbally and written) as required by the Project Manager.

To be considered for the role of  Senior  Contracts Administrator  you will require:
  • Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator. 
  • New Build project value $30m+
  • Proven ability to assess commercial and contractual risks, identify and implement appropriate controls and escalate where necessary.
  • Experience working on Fitout & Refurbishment projects
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, work collaboratively and drive customer-focused outcomes.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of the Perth's construction market and subcontractors
  • Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
