• Oversee project financials, contracts, and procurement
• Manage client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
• Lead and mentor a Junior Contract Administrator
• Work closely with the Director and site teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Use Buildxact software to streamline project management and reporting

• Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator or Project Manager within high-end residential construction
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Buildxact(preferred but not essential)
• A passion for quality and detail in architecturally designed builds
